SmartHub is now available and is a new, more powerful account management tool that replaced our online E-Bill service. SmartHub is available from a web enabled computer or as an app on your mobile device. If you already have an E-Bill account, you’re all set to use SmartHub. If you haven’t used E-Bill, it’s easy to create a new account. Just click on the Manage My Account icon (located at the center of our homepage) and sign up as a new user to launch SmartHub.
SmartHub is a secure, convenient application to access your electric and natural gas accounts. Pay your bill, see payment history, access prior billing statements, set recurring automatic monthly payments, report meter readings, view energy use, report outages and more.
If you choose to use the SmartHub mobile app, it’s free to download and install and is available on Google Play or the Apple Store. The correct app is the one provided by NISC. SmartHub is supported using Apple iOS 3.1 and above (for iPhone or iPad) and Android 2.1 or above (for smartphone or tablet) platforms.
