SmartHub, available Friday, January 29, 2016, is a new, more powerful account management tool that replaces our current E-Bill service. It is available from a web enabled computer or as an app on your mobile device. If you already have an E-Bill account, you’re all set to use SmartHub. If you don’t already use E-Bill, it’s easy to create a new account. Click on the “Manage My Account” icon on our homepage to access SmartHub.
It’s more than just a quick way to pay your bill. It’s a secure, convenient application to access your electric and natural gas accounts, report meter readings, track energy consumption and report a power outage.
If you choose to use the SmartHub mobile app, it’s free to download and install and is available on Google Play or the Apple Store. The correct app is the one provided by NISC. SmartHub is supported using Apple iOS 3.1 and above (for iPhone or iPad) and Android 2.1 or above (for smartphone or tablet) platforms.
