Choose qualifying ENERGY STAR® or Energy Optimization eligible options and you may earn rebates to help you save money now and for years to come. Eligible products include items such as room air conditioners, clothes dryers, refrigerators, and induction stoves.

The Residential Income Qualified Services program serves single-family and multi-family households with incomes at or below 80 percent of Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines. In addition to a Home Energy Consultation, the Energy Optimization program representative may identify potential appliance and/or heating and cooling repairs and upgrades. Some members may also be eligible for home upgrades through participating Community Action Agencies. Members who self-identify as low-to-moderate income households, qualify through participation in the programs listed below or using the income chart above:

  • Food Assistance programs (FAP),
  • Child Development & Care (CD),
  • State Emergency Relief (SER), and also
  • Community Action Agency (CAA), Weatherization, Head Start, and Rental Assistance programs.

The Weatherization Assistance Program permanently reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of homes. The program offers energy efficiency services that are tailored to your home.
