We’ve achieved over 50% restoration! After starting the week with virtually 100% of our membership out of power, this is a huge milestone, especially considering the massive level of destruction caused by this storm! As of this morning, we have restored power to 18,587 PIE&G households, which is 53% of our members. Significant progress continues, and 237 crews from across the United States and Canada rolled out of our office early this morning to continue turning the lights on for you.
We are currently aiming to have a significant portion of our system restored by the end of the day Monday. We’re not going to rest until the power is turned back on for every single member, and we’ll continue to post regular status updates to keep you informed as we work our way through this storm!
