Community Solar

PIE&G's Energy Optimization (EO) program offers incentives for participation in the community solar array managed by PIE&G’s power supplier, Wolverine Power Cooperative. The Wolverine Power Cooperative entity offering the community solar array subscriptions is called SpartanSolar. Learn more at their website: PIE&G members should click on the “Cadillac” reference point on the Michigan map and then on the “FAQs” tab for details.

PIE&G’s Energy Optimization program does offer incentives of $150 per community solar panel if the pay-in full option is selected.  Each panel subscription is $600 and, if  paid-in-full, the Energy Optimization program offers a $150 incentive per panel, up to $3,000. Note this incentive is available for a limited time and may end at the end of 2018.

PIE&G’s Energy Optimization program does not offer incentives for solar PV (photo voltaic) systems on your own property (such as rooftop solar).
